What it does
NoBroker lists homes for rent and sale directly from their owners, so a tenant or buyer can contact the owner without a broker. It was founded in 2013.
In Indian cities a tenant usually pays a broker's fee on top of the deposit and the first month's rent. NoBroker has since added services around a move, including online rental agreements, and runs a society management app called NoBrokerHood.
